Having started the concept of Aroha nearly 7 years ago, I have since watched it grow from strength to strength and I feel very proud of how far we have come as a team in such a short space of time. I believe as a company, we are both passionate and driven in every part of what we do and I am confident this is evident when you meet us. Having worked in the property industry for 13 years prior to setting up Aroha, I believe that Aroha offers a tangible service that no other agent can match.Out of my office role and when I am not focusing on work, I love spending time with my family. Having plenty of trips out with our daughter but also not forgetting to spend valuable time on myself and my own well-being. Having a supportive and like minded team around me that I have complete faith in is priceless.

Lucy Webb

Property Sales Manager & Partner

Lucy is our Property sales Manager & Partner. Having endless knowledge in the property market proves invaluable & unable us to offer you the best possible service going. Having over 10 years experience in the property industry & being extremely passionate about what she does, her service will be second to none. Lucy has worked for both corporate agents and herself running a very successful company. However, after spending a fair bit of time working alongside Aroha Properties, Lucy decided that she loved our company ethos and core values so much that she wanted to be a part of our team & journey and join us in driving Aroha to the the top of the property market. We are super excited to have her on board & look forward to watching our Sales team continue to grow in a brilliant and positive direction.

Scott James

Sales & Lettings Partner

Scott is our lettings & Lettings Partner. Having come from the property industry along with management in a customer facing environment. Scott will be supporting the growth of both the Lettings, Sales & media/marketing within Aroha, enabling us to offer a tangible and speedy service.

Gemma Blake

Office Administrator

Gemma is our office administrator. Having previously worked on a management level, Gemma is a huge asset within Aroha and holds a brilliant skillset in customer relationships and administration. Gemma primarily holds the forte whilst the other members of the team are busy carrying out their day-to-day duties along with keeping on top of all both the Lettings and Sales paperwork.
